EFFBE steel spring isolators are the first choice in the heavy-duty sector. Prior to installation, we offer comprehensive vibration measurement, a vibration test and further analysis, allowing us to achieve the perfect result for the customer.
Precise vibration measurements for vibration calculations and excellent material knowledge are the basis for every EFFBE solution. This guiding principle for our engineers also applies in the heavy-duty sector. Depending on the product series, steel spring isolators from EFFBE withstand a load range of up to 2810 kN per damper. They reduce mechanical vibrations and shocks to a minimum.

In cooperation with Gerber Schwingungstechnik, our steel spring insulators are used, inter alia, for vibration and shock protection in metal working, in industrial plants, in the renovation of old production facilities and in power plant technology, where the issue of earthquakes and seismic safety (seismic block) also plays a major role.
Expert advice, vibration calculations with vibration measurements and vibration tests, as well as the use of calculation programs such as ISOMAG and Simulation X, are as much part of the EFFBE service as the installation and monitoring of spring damping systems. We dimension, design and manufacture all steel spring isolators according to our customers' specific requirements. We provide completely or partially preloadable spring-damper elements with and without viscous damping - also with integrated blocking device option.
